By completing your registration for the Side by Side Swing Camp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
 
Registration & Participation

Registration for the Side by Side Swing Camp is subject to confirmation by the camp organizers. A registration submitted through the registration system does not necessarily constitute final acceptance into the camp until confirmation has been provided by the organizers.
 

Participants are strongly advised not to make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until their registration has been confirmed. Being placed on a waiting list does not guarantee admission to the camp.
 
Class Levels & Passes

Camp passes are valid only for the level and role for which the participant registered. Passes cannot be used to attend classes assigned to another level or group unless explicitly approved by the organizers.
 

Participants are expected to attend the classes included in their registered program. The organizers reserve the right to refuse access to a class when a participant's registration does not correspond to that class.
 

Passes are personal and may not be transferred to another participant without prior approval from the Side by Side Swing Camp organizers.
 
Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own health and safety throughout the camp, as well as acting in a way that protects the wellbeing and safety of other participants.
 

By participating in the Side by Side Swing Camp, participants acknowledge that social dancing and dance classes involve physical activity and an inherent risk of accidental injury. Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate and for informing instructors or organizers of any relevant limitations that may affect their participation.
 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizers, instructors, and volunteers, shall not be held responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the camp.
 

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers cannot guarantee the security of personal property and are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to participants' belongings.

Code of Conduct

The Side by Side Swing Camp is intended to be a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for everyone.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, instructors, staff, volunteers, and hotel guests. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, aggressive behavior, unwanted physical contact, or other conduct that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others will not be tolerated.
 

The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of the camp's code of conduct, including removing a participant from classes or the event without a refund.

Photography & Video

Photography and video recording may take place during the Side by Side Swing Camp.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video recordings made during the camp and grant the organizers and permission to use such material for reasonable promotional, advertising, documentary, and other communications relating to the camp and its activities, without additional compensation.
 

Participants who have concerns about appearing in photographs or video are encouraged to contact the organizers before or during the event so that reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate their request.
 
Cancellations, Transfers & Name Changes

after purchase festival passes can not be cancelled with a refund. however- pass holders can sell or transfer their tickets to another person. the transfer must be approved by the organizers in advance. The new participant must meet any applicable requirements regarding level, role, and registration.
 

Any deadline for changing the name on a registration will be communicated by the organizers as part of the registration information. After the stated deadline, changes may no longer be possible.
 
Circumstances Beyond Our Control

The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, teachers, class structure, venues, or other aspects of the camp when circumstances require it.

In the event that circumstances beyond the organizers' reasonable control prevent the camp from taking place as planned, the organizers will communicate the available options to registered participants and handle cancellations, transfers, or refunds in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.
 
Agreement

By completing registration and participating in the Side by Side Swing Camp, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
